Method Zap.Keyboard.SetLocalCharacterTypeDelay

Sets delay between each character typed in milliseconds for local applications: adds time delay in milliseconds between typing each character. Default is zero

Important! Delay will be ignored if DelayIntervalMS parameter is used in Type method call
