      I am attaching a system event reported following an attempt to run zaptest free version 23.3.2.
      Zaptet does not run!
      I have already tried to uninstall zaptest, deleted folders in c:Program files and %USERPROFILE% and their references in the registry.
      I also tried uninstalling the .NET framework and reinstalling it.
      No positive results!
      I repeated everything on two PCs:
      system information of machine 1 (remote):
      – OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
      – System Manufacturer VMware, Inc.
      – System Model VMware Virtual Platform
      – System Type x64-based PC
      – System SKU
      – Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2698 v4 @ 2.20GHz, 2197 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
      – BIOS Version/Date Phoenix Technologies LTD 6.00, 12/12/2018
      – Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 35.0 GB

      – Installed Microsoft .NET : 4.8

      – System Manufacturer LENOVO

      – Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16,0 GB

        If you enable ZAPTEST in your “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app does ZAPTEST works as epected?

          Yes antivirus is disabled for Zaptest on machine 2.
          On machine 1 there is no antivirus.

            Previously, even with active antivirus, at least zaptest started. Now Zaptest no longer starts.

              Hello Marco,
              I’m sorry for the confusion:
              When you write “yes” do you mean if you enable ZAPTEST in your “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app does ZAPTEST works as expected?
              If yes then the above issue refers also to the “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app?
              Please advise.

                    I can’t re-enable antivirus on any machine.
                    As indicated above, the problem is before the antivirus comes into play.

                      Please try again to execute ZAPTEST Free Edition (No need to reinstall it, just restart ZAPTEST).
