      Hello,

      I am a few days into a proof of concept with Zaptest and things are working great. That is until this morning when I was forced to do an update and now I can no longer log into the tool.

      I AM using a business email but I keep getting prompted to ‘register using your business email’.

      See screenshot attached.

      Any guidance on how to proceed and fix this would be great.

        Hello Joey,
        Please check if your new upgraded ZAPTEST version is now 24.2.14, if not please uninstall your current ZAPTEST and download the latest public version at:

        Download ZAPTEST Free Edition


        And try again to login.
        If this will not help please send me the email address you are trying to connect with and we’ll check why you cannot login with this email.
        Please advise.

          Thanks for such a quick response! Yes, as shown in the screen shot I am on the latest version of 24.2.14.

          I am still getting the same error.
